We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 1–3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

We ship worldwide.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs processing. Most international orders are delivered within 5–14 working days after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

REFUNDS
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless faulty.
